About My Second Life
I am the owner of Nukunono Estates on Pandora Island, which consists of Nukunono Beach, Nukunono Lagoon, Nukunono Forest and Nukunono Heights. Please stop by and take a tour or IM me for rates and information.

Career Accomplishments
Creator/Proprietor of Nukunono Estates –
Designed and built Nukunono Estates, a private rental community located on Pandora & Pitcairn Sims. Community consists of 45 units in varying sizes and prim allotments with several tenant common areas for the enjoyment of the residents and their guests. Nukunono is divided into four areas, to provide residents with a choice of natural setting, such as a forest area, beach themed area and a lagoon in which the homes are situated on small private islands.
Creator/Proprietor of the Overlook Lounge
Designed and built The Overlook Lounge, a live music venue located on Pandora Island. The Overlook Lounge consists of an open bar, juke box, pool table, dark board and various other attractions and is now used to host various live musicians. Booked performers, managed streams, created advertisements for and hosted live events.
Co-Designer/Manager of EMJ Estates –
Assisted with the design and arrangement of EMJ Estates (now defunct due to personal reasons) with Elexor Matador of Elexor Matador Jewelry. Community consists of 19 brownstone units which were situated along a tree lined sidewalk with a quaint village-like feel.
