About My First Life
By trade I am a graphic designer/production artist. Though self-taught, I've worked in or around the design and print industry since the early 80's, along with other unrelated jobs. The "design firm" life is not for me though. The thought of suits, meetings and "the pitch" send me screaming. I wish to carve out a little, comfy niche to settle into;) See my group, imagessence design.
Just life: I'm 56-yrs. and counting, married to a good man for 22 of them. Hubby, cats and dog are my family. Introverted hermit in 1st life. I'm unemployed or self-employed, same difference right now;) Diagnosed for clinical depression, I'm a survivor...surviving myself.

About My Second Life
In second life I'm modeled after a much younger, idealized self...I'm no 6-foot Barbie model. I'm taken in RL and therefore taken, period. I'm NOT interested in romance, but I've found the most amazing friends in SL. I've found most people to be very kind and generous in SL, especially when I was new. I try to pay that kindness forward whenever I can.
My Second Life Resume
I am currently the general manager, marketing director & a host for a now well-known blues club, Hotlanta Blues. Having brought Hotlanta from new to a thriving club with the help of a great staff and owner, it remains my duty and commitment to maintain it and help it grow; representing Hotlanta as best I can. I hire & manage employees, scheduling, plan special events, etc. I love this club, and if you love the Blues with an atmosphere to match, you will too. Please see my group: Hotlanta Blues
