We are looking for talented Lettings Negotiators at all levels for our new Lettings business based in Second Life.

Responsibilities: From helping tenants find their new home to gaining the business of new tenants you will effectively be the local face of the company and will need to be focused on delivering on target levels of business backed up by a quality service. Your role is to recruit new tenants. Not simply by sending out notecards but talking to people, finding their needs and in some cases, suggesting ways to improve the business.

Remuneration: 100% commision based salary. For every new tenant contract yuo generate, you will receive 25% commission. Minimum contract is approx 400L$. Thats 100L$ per person you sign up.
