The malls shops line up for a Best-Shop-Contest and this is YOUR chance to win, simply by voting. Just go to the ShopSign and mark the participating shops with a mark 1 (very good) down to mark 6 (very bad).
Every voter gets a chance to win 20L$ (distributed after every 5th vote) and the big jackpot of 1000L$ (distributed after the 7-days-contest). Everybody is allowed to vote once each day, so repeat your voting and increase your chance to win!
