Achieving your dreams is something everyone sets out to do when they first log into sl. They find their niche, and run with it, looking and exploring, learning and discovering, and eventually finding what truly makes them happy in such a confined virtual world with endless possibilities.
Earlier this month, one of my best friends and I decided to take an already existing business and launch it into overdrive by purchasing our very first full region sim. It was a plan we didn't plan on until the beginning of may, but when we landed on white sands for the first time... the scenery took us, the creative yet perfect sim border that came included, the space, the release.. it was perfect, and it was VERY decently priced.
It would have been a mistake to not leap at the opportunity despite the money hassles that normally become apparent near the middle of the month. In one day, we had begun the construction of Everest Creek.
A sim dedicated to roleplay animals, horses mainly, who simply just enjoy the drama free life of rp'ing an animal as opposed to rping a human, or being a human in general. I was blessed when i origionally met each of them, their personalities radiating through their chosen characters. They make me laugh, and smile, and giggle like a school girl. They ended up being some of the nicest, most loving caring people i've EVER met in my 4 years in SL.
Now Everest Creek is beginning to Flourish, word about us is spreading, and every day a new face is seen somewhere on the sim taking in the scenic, high quality environment, lost in a modern day equestrian center/village type backdrop. Everyone is happy, the drama is minimal and when it tries to rear it's ugly head we get to play a game of whackallama and knock it back into non existance.
I never thought it'd be so possible to be so happy somewhere in SL, but i've found my place, my home, my escape inside my escape. It pains me to even tp away to shop for hair or pick up demo's. I absolutely hate leaving this beautiful paradise even for a few moments. I have found my home. I don't care the cost, it's worth every penny.
My incredible partner Aaron, used the sim location to propose to me. A proposal that nearly brought me to my knees as tears of joy flooded through my eyes. It was magical. We were surrounded by our best, and closest friends, as well as our incredible (albiet large) family. I said yes of course!
If you ever get the chance, we aren't in search yet, but if you are a horse fan inparticular you should DEFINATELY check it out. Take in the scenery, go for a walk through the forest trails, down into the cave, or stop at the lodge and play a game or two.

New Roleplay School for Children & Teens
Posted 3/2/2012 12:28:37 PM I am proud to announce to opening of Burnfield Stables Equestrian Center, BSEC was created to provide children and teens with the most realistic horseback riding experience currently in sl.
Burnfield Stables is currently accepting applications for students who wish to learn all about our equine friends. Lessons will be availiable several times throughout the week to allow students to pick times most convenient for them.
Joining us is our BSEC Herd of Roleplay horses, featuring only the highest quality of equipment these beautiful horses will interact and roleplay with you as a real horse would. Featuring many different breeds, colors, disciplines, personalities and temperments. Each horse has it's own story.
What we offer:
- 1 hour lessons with experienced friendly instructors
- Lessons featuring the basics of riding up to and including competitions featuring prizes
- Fully equipped 12 stall stable, indoor arena, outside training area, and trophy room

This unique looking bed was inspired by a hanging bed found at a beautiful bed and breakfast in Ojai, California. Lay down by yourself, or with someone special and enjoy this incredible bed which makes it feel as if you are floating on air!
This bed includes custom sculpted features, the highlight of which is the intricate rope system used to support the bed. Sculpted chains are included, one hanging from the ceiling fixture, and another between the bed and the floor. This chain system is used in real life to stabilize the bed and control the amount the bed swings.

Keep updated on all future new releases plus updated releases of previous homes. Things are always changing, and only getting better and better as time progresses.
Newest release is the Palm Springs updated version, with baked textures, and tons of new features including the new and improved total control system that is now landlord friendly, user friendly, and packed full of goodies for the owner of the home including improvements with previous home features as well as security.
