Second Life Blogs Watch what you buy..
Posted 4/14/2007 12:49:27 PM by jaxi - [Show All My Posts] Just a warning to those that spend money in SL.. Last night I froze up and had to relog. When I went to sign back in.. the screen said that it was doing maintenence on my inventory and when I finally got in, I had nothing. Everything is gone from my inventory, even the things I was wearing. I am back to being a complete newb and the hundreds of dollars that I have spent on things in this game is gone. Of course LL is closed for the weekend so I can't even call them until Monday. The person I talked to at live help said she would send them an email..but so far I have heard nothing. Ya know it's pretty bad when valuable things disappear from your inventory..but everything I had? This is just so fucking unbelievable...so you better think twice when spending your money on this game..you never know what will happen.

I'm back to ruth.. absolutely everything is gone. I still have the things I had pulled out, like my house, the skyboxes and studio..but all my hair..shape..clothes.cars..the things I have built.. everything else is gone.
